"I tried SteadyHands on several different students and in every rider, it improved not only their hand position, but their whole overall position. The resistance band helps to engage the rider's triceps, keeping elbows bent, encouraging a more open chest and taller more upright seat. Every rider commented on how much more aware they became of what their hands were doing! By having quieter hands, they had to ride correctly from their leg and seat, which resulted in a more consistent contact and better way of going for their horse."

from 277 reviewsBy adding the bands with my steady hands I could feel my core being utilised and my position changing nearly instantly. These two products alone are amazing but used together are a complete gamechanger!
I was sceptical about these at first and insta marketing got me on pay day in the end sooo. BUT after just 1 ride I can't believe I lived this long without these gloves.
1. I had the best contact with my horse that I have had EVER (and I've spent thousands of dollars on Dressage lessons).
2. It brought me instant awareness that my reins were too long and the horse was not forward enough - usually I'd just fuss with my hands and widen them, but having this awareness of my correct hand position instantly made me look to other ways - correct other ways ;)
3. I could hold the correct contact in my hands because my hand position with these gloves made me engage my core and ride the horse forwards.
4. Best circles we've ever had because I had to ride with my SEAT, not my hands - this ensured consistent contact throughout the whole ride.a
If you struggle getting your horse on the bit or with contact you NEED these gloves.
Love these gloves. The lightbulb moment I needed.
These gloves have made such a huge difference to my riding and my position!
I'm using these shirts for clients on my simulator. The clarity of the stripes makes it easy for me to photograph and show them from behind what is happening and/or for them to see in the front and side on mirrors in the studio.
I particularly like the extra horizontal line at the waist as its easier to spot a slight c curve or torso rotation.
They are light enough for clients to pull over the top of whatever they are wearing.

I’m very happy with my ride straight top. The top allows the teacher to be very precise, also when videoed show so clearly where straightness needs to improve. They seemed to be true to size but I would go smaller to create a snug fit for riding. Thanks for great service getting my top to me so quickly. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I was slightly sceptical as to whether the EngagedRider Resistance Bands would actually make a difference to my riding but WOW!
From the very first moment I put them on I could feel my body stretch up and open through my shoulders and rib cage. Gone was the habitual leaning forward and rounded shoulders, I was able to sit up and sit deeper, particularly in the canter work.
My coach was really surprised and we will definitely be continuing to work with the bands on during my lessons to teach my body new good habits!
Thank you Equisk, fabulous product!
What a fantastic shirt!! Lovely material that is very high quality and light. The long sleeves mean that I can focus on my arm position, even when I have my back protector on. (And instructors can point out position)
I cannot emphasise enough how high quality these shirts are!! So impressed!!
I'm a semi-disabled rider and have struggled with posture, seat, and balance. My trainer brought these bands out and put them on me and WOW! I immediately was sitting better! My posture and balance has continued to improve and I use them every time I ride. They are amazing! Everything my trainer has been trying to tell me and get me to do, I did it without thinking the first time the bands were on. I've tightened them up now and they continue to help me and my weak muscles are getting stronger every time I ride. Thank you!
The customer service is great. The bands arrived in no time Still haven't used them and looking forward to know how they will feel and if they help
OMG! These are the best things ever!! Super comfortable and I saw a difference on the first ride with them!!
I was not sure these gloves would help, because to be honest I couldn’t figure out how something so apparently simple could transform my riding. But I trusted my trainer, and I’m so glad I did. My form improved immediately, and the adjustment in my hand position translated to a positive transformation in my whole body position.
I've found the steady hand gloves to provide useful feedback and make lasting changes for my clients.
In the past I've used theraband wrist bands to help riders notice when their hands go wrong and to notice what they need to recruit to keep a push out and forward with the wrist band. The gloves are so much easier to use. They are safer, having a breakaway clasp, and riders can easily use them for 5-10 minutes, then undo the strap and carry on riding and then reattach as required to build their muscle memory.

CLASSIX Ride Straight Shirt is a fantastic aid in showing me areas where I need to improve in the saddle. Watching how the lines move as I ride indicates where I may be weaker and areas I’m compensating. Being able to see this, helps me make conscious changes to my position in the saddle. The material is soft and very comfortable, and as a bonus, they look very smart!

"What I like most about the gloves is the safety release and elastic strap, so you aren't restricted if you need to get your hands apart in a hurry. I like the increased awareness it provides riders. I was able to use them on one of my clients in particular, who had a breakthrough with her realisation of reliance on her hands (Ieft in particular). I also used the gloves. I have been working really hard on my own contact and hands. I found that with the gloves, I had to be more aware of my postural stablisiers and core activation to keep my body engaged and not switch off. Once I took the strap off, I had a more consistent contact."
