We know you want to receive your items quickly, and safely - and this is also our priority.

DISPATCH TIME

We aim to ship no later than the next working day after receiving your order, and often, we are able to ship the very same day. For customers who select express delivery, orders placed before 1.00pm will be shipped the same day.

DELIVERY TIMES

We are located on the beautiful Sunshine Coast in Australia (it's worth a visit, we promise!). As beautiful as it is, it is also on the other side of the world for our North American, UK and European customers, so shipping can take time! We are currently working on some faster options, but for now, shipping usually takes between 6 to 14 working days to these destinations (ie up to 3 weeks).

You can track your order at any time from the email you receive from us once you place your order, or through the "ShopPay" app if you used ShopPay as your payment method. You can also write to us and we will very gladly help you to track your order!

INTERNATIONAL LOCAL GOVERNMENT DUTIES TERMS & CONDITIONS

Overseas Taxes, Duties and/or Tariffs may be payable by you depending on your country.

European Union - If you place your order from a EU country, VAT is included in the price, and you do not have to pay VAT on your order (please note that this does not apply to non-EEZ countries such as UK and Switzerland).

Any local government import and duties incurred are the responsibility of the recipient. Please understand that this is not within our control and we cannot pre pay these duties. If you are not sure what duties you may incur, please contact us and we will do our best to provide you an estimate.

If you choose to refuse a shipment or a parcel is returned to sender, we will charge shipping to resend it to you, and we will charge a handling fee of €4.95 if you prefer a refund.
