The steady hands gloves are a great training tool for riders who have unsteady, uneven (contact) rigid wrists and forearms.
I wasn’t sure how effective these gloves would be but I was pleasantly surprised the first time I tried them! My horse became so much more confident in my contact, as it was so much more consistent! If you are debating whether to try these gloves, do it!!!
I absolutely love my steady hand gloves. They have been fantastic for my riding. I go to pram hands a lot and this definitely stops that and allows me to keep my hands on the correct position. I tend to wear them as my normal gloves too and then I always have the option to use them in every session.

The material is light and breathable but also perfect for those colder days. Love that it’s sun safe with the long sleeves #sunmum and also easily identifies any weaknesses/ crookedness in your riding
These gloves really help to steady your hands in turn helping to keep the correct/steady contact much more achievable.
I keep my horses at home so I am most often riding alone. I have the bands and recently added the gloves. They showed me how I was taking my hands too far apart and taught me the sweet spot for my hands based on how my horse and I fit together. He has become so soft since using these.
And don’t worry, the buckle really does come apart so easily, so if your horse accidentally takes too big of a transition or spooks, scoots, whatever, your hands don’t stay tied together.
The resistance bands have helped me identify parts of my body that require strengthening for a better position. As soon as I put them on I can feel the difference in my horses. They are more engaged and responsive to my aids.
So easy to use and I truly believe they are helping me to keep my hands steady and quiet.

That's why we get all those lessons, read those books, go to the clinics, watch the videos. We want to be better for them. Thank goodness, most of the time they put up with our shortcomings. But what if we could make it easier for them?
